I am a wife and mother of 4 children. I joined Farrell’s in summer session of 2011, looking to lose the final 20 pounds of baby weight. I wanted a new challenge beyond my running and my home workout videos, so I joined the local FXB gym. In the first couple of days at Farrell's I was hooked. I instantly fell in love with the program. Farrell's took me from being “kind of" in shape to being “really” in shape. MY 10 week and FIT transformation was amazing. Today, I am in the best shape of my entire life.

I am very passionate about preventative health, physical fitness, and nutrition. My professional background is in nursing. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree and 20 years of nursing, I have taken care of many patients in hospital ICU’s, dialysis, home care, and cancer centers. In those years the best lesson learned was: "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."

In 2013 I stepped away from the nursing unit and into Farrell's ownership to serve my true passion which is to impact on people's lives through fitness. The Farrell's program of Cardio Kickboxing, Strength Training and Nutrition had changed so many lives, I wanted to be a part of it. My career switch was nothing less than remarkable. I have the best job in the world! Helping people live a healthier lifestyle and reach their life at LEVEL 10 is a dream come true!

Since opening in 2013, I've heard several life changing stories from my students. Not only have they lost pounds and inches, they've been taken off of several medications, avoided surgeries, and feel healthier and stronger than they ever have in their lives. There is no greater reward than these life changing transformation stories. My goal is to offer the Level 10 Farrell's experience to as many people as I can!

It takes a team effort to create this environment for our students and members. I am very proud to lead such a talented and dedicated team here at Plymouth FXB. Myself along with our managers, instructors and coaches are ready to help you to take your life to Level 10!

Focus on Fat Loss, Not Weight Loss

Weight loss is different than fat loss. The Farrell’s program focuses on fat loss. You may have noticed when we highlight our $1,000 winners, we don’t mention total weight lost, but we do mention total body fat lost. There’s a difference. It’s important to understand what that difference is to help you reach goals and sustain them.
