Our instructor-led 10-week program provides guidance, accountability and support from day one. You will work 1:1 with coaches and the Farrell’s team to create a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and will help you achieve your goals. Holding oneself accountable is often the difference between achieving fitness goals or not. To assist with accountability we begin with an InBody test that measures your beginning, mid-way and ending total body composition. Additionally, you will have the option to do MYZONE heart rate monitoring and be automatically entered into a $1000 challenge.
Strength training is the foundation to adding lean muscle and burning fat. This essential part of our program is achieved through our strength training sessions which are made up of a combination of free-weights and resistance bands. We focus on technique first through the use of light weights and light resistance bands. Once technique has been achieved we encourage members to increase the weight and level of resistance of the bands.
We provide resources and information to fuel your body for peak performance on and off the mats. From carbohydrate and protein intake based on your body measurements to simple meal plans, healthy eating is essential to your success.
Our instructor-led kickboxing classes, are high-intensity cardio workouts that burn fat and build endurance while offering variety and fun. Over a 10-week period, we first focus on technique and gradually intensify the workouts. In doing so, each member defines their personal Level 10 workout. While we will encourage an elevated pace, we never demand one does more than they are capable of achieving.
Each member is assigned a personal coach to provide one-on-one support throughout your program. They encourage, motivate and guide you through the program.

Your transformation doesn’t need to end after 10 weeks. Our members are encouraged to join the FIT program, which offers additional challenges, nutritional guidance and the continued support of the community. Additionally, FIT members are able to enter the National Challenge for a chance to win $10,000.
